We want every homeowner who reaches Unknownfell Tree Service to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

• Your experience when you phoned or contacted Unknownfell Tree Service
• The way your personal information was handled
• Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
• How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please know that Unknownfell Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@unknownfell.garden and include:

• Your name and the easiest way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help.
