How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent local tree provider. That is a business that owns its own trucks, saws, and schedule. It is not Unknownfell Tree Service. We make the connection. The provider gives you advice, a quote, and the work.
What Happens on the Call
The call is simple. Here is the usual flow:
- You say what is wrong. A fallen limb? A leaning trunk? A stump in the way?
- You give your address, so the provider knows if they work in your area.
- The provider asks a few questions about the tree, its size, and what it is near.
- You talk about next steps, such as a visit or a written estimate.
Be ready to describe the tree. Where is it? How tall is it? Is it touching a roof, a wire, or a fence? Photos help if you have them.
What to Ask a Provider
Good questions make the choice easier. Try these:
- Can you give me a written quote before work starts?
- What does the price include? Is clean-up and hauling part of it?
- Do you hold the licenses and insurance this area requires?
- How will you protect my roof, lawn, and fence?
- Do you offer stump grinding, or is that a separate job?
- When can you come out? Availability varies, so ask.
Typical U.S. prices for tree work vary a lot by size, access, and risk. A written quote is the clearest way to see your real cost for your tree.
You Are in Control
You choose. You can ask questions, request more than one estimate, and take time to decide. There is no obligation to hire the first provider you talk to. If a quote feels unclear, ask again. A good provider will explain it.
If the situation is urgent, such as a tree on a house or a car, say so up front. Many providers can respond quickly to emergency tree removal, but we cannot promise timing. If a power line is involved, stay back and contact the utility and local emergency services.

Request a callback
Request a callback to check provider availability, or use the request form. Tell us where the tree is, how big it is, and what it could hit.
